My honest take on living in Allard
"Allard is one of my go-to recommendations for first-time buyers and young families. The price points are very attractive—you can still find condos under $250K and townhomes in the $350-475K range. The community is well-established with 247 single-family lots and 14 acres of multi-family homes, so there's good inventory and variety. Dr. Lila Fahlman School is right in the community, and Heritage Valley Town Centre is 5 minutes away. Properties here sell in an average of 38 days, showing strong buyer demand. Great value for the Heritage Valley area."
